Job Summary
As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing technical expertise, support, and guidance to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, troubleshooting reputed company technical issues, and implementing effective solutions. You'll also play a crucial role in driving reputed company growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers, and actively participate in the sales process from discovery to closing deals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations that effectively showcase our products or services' features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Understand customer requirements and business challenges, and reputed company innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections during the pre-sales phase.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution designs, and product specifications that meet customer requirements and align with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to provide feedback on product enhancements, identify opportunities for improvement, and stay updated on the latest product releases and updates.
- Conduct reputed company-of-concept (POC) activities to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust.
- Stay reputed company with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products or services against competitors.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and actively engage with potential customers.
Requirements
* Japanese speaker – a must.
- Japan-based or Japan-surrounding countries - a must.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (Network/reputed company/Pre Sales Engineering) - must
- Strong technical background with Proven experience as Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role, in the information reputed company industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
