Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking an reputed company and compassionate Hotline and Customer Care Operator to join reputed company. As a Japanese-speaking mental health support specialist, you'll be responsible for providing critical support to individuals in crisis, navigating reputed company situations with reputed company and expertise. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide psychological first aid and crisis counselling to crisis callers using English, Cantonese/Mandarin, and Japanese (strongly preferred)

• Ensure the resolution of crisis situations according to established protocols

• Support our clinical team in administrative processes and psychological case management
• Assist with day-to-day tasks, such as desktop research, data entry, and easy translations as needed (approximately 10-20% of your time)
