Job Summary
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of our digital database. You'll be responsible for entering and updating data, verifying and correcting discrepancies, and reconciling vendor statements to invoices. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:
- Entering and updating data in database systems with speed and accuracy
- Verifying and correcting data discrepancies or errors
- Maintaining data reputed company
- Retrieving and organizing electronic files from designated websites
- Reconciling vendor statements to invoices
- Additional responsibilities as supervisor may assign
Desired Attributes
While we're looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in data entry, we also value the following attributes:
- Some accounting knowledge is helpful but not required
- Working knowledge of Great Plains is desired but not required
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge in reputed company
- Type 45 accurate words per minute or more
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Willingness to work overtime reputed company necessary to meet team goals
- Ability to analyze and apply company policies and procedures

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma

Work Environment
As a remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You'll also need to be able to sit for extended periods of time and have extensive use of a computer monitor and keyboard.

Compensation
