Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch support to our clients in the food service industry. You'll handle a wide range of inquiries, resolve concerns, and establish strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
• Offer Sales & Sales Support interactions from Customers and Sales Associates (reputed company phone, email, and teams chat) such as general inquiries, feedback, incidents, and order management.
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting to resolve customer issues reputed company.
- Answer basic questions and resolve basic problems, escalating reputed company issues to senior team members reputed company necessary.
- Document issues, identify, and take appropriate actions to resolve inquires, including those reputed company to, but not limited to, order entry, order modification, customer billing and payments, pricing, reporting, and customer-facing applications.
- Actively re-direct incoming callers to self-service options, promoting a seamless and efficient customer experience.

Requirements
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 2 years of Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is preferred but not required.
- A self-starter with excellent customer service skills, able to select and apply standard policies and procedures.
- Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently, with a keen eye for detail and effective time management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with good vocabulary, proper grammar, and the ability to independently compose routine written communications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements for Working From Home
• A private and secure space to do work uninterrupted by others in the home.
- Must connect to the internet with a CAT 7 Ethernet cord or higher. Using a WiFi reputed company is not allowed.

Compensation and Benefits
• The hourly reputed company for this position is $14.50 per hour.
- This position is also eligible for arenaflex's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of arenaflex's applicable plans.
