Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering Incoming Calls: Respond to calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and individuals assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf.
• Tracking and Documenting Inquiries: Utilize applicable systems to track and document reputed company inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Processing New Applications: Facilitate the processing of new applications for health care coverage, including building tax household, household income, eligibility determinations, and enrollment into health plans.
• Facilitating Translation Services: Provide translation services for non-English speaking callers, adhering to established procedures.
• Escalating Calls or Issues: Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Attending Meetings and Trainings: Participate in meetings and trainings as requested, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of reputed company programs and systems.
• Meeting Quality Assurance Metrics: Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics, ensuring exceptional customer care and service.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 6+ months of relevant professional experience.
