Position Summary

The Senior Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for planning and conducting audits of reputed company processes to ensure compliance with regulations and policies and identifying key risk areas. The role communicates findings to stakeholders, ensures regulatory compliance, and engages in reputed company monitoring to enhance reputed company practices. They implement audit procedures, evaluate risks, and maintain accurate records, conducting regular audits to assess compliance and provide insights for improvement.

What will your job entail?

Job Responsibilities: · Plans and organizes audits of reputed company processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. · Develops an understanding of reputed company practices and policies, identifying key risk areas reputed company the reputed company function. · Develops and implements audit procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of reputed company practices and adherence to established policies. · Conducts regular audits of the reputed company processes, policy issuance, and claims handling to assess compliance and identifies areas for improvement. · Evaluates the risks associated with reputed company practices, policies, and procedures, assessing the adequacy of controls in reputed company. · Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of reputed company audits, compliance assessments, and reputed company documentation. · Ensures that reputed company relevant documentation is organized and accessible for internal and external audits. · Prepares and submits regular reports on the status of reputed company compliance and audit activities to management and regulatory authorities. · Provides insights and recommendations for improvements based on audit findings, contributing to enhanced reputed company processes. · Communicates audit findings, recommendations, and compliance issues to relevant stakeholders, including underwriters, brokers, and management. · Ensures that reputed company practices reputed company with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. · Engages in reputed company monitoring of reputed company activities, staying informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices. Work Experience and Education: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Insurance Industry or reputed company with a Bachelor’s degree, or minimum of 3 years of experience and a Master’s degree. • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred; Finance, Business Operations and Risk Management preferred. Any other reputed company discipline or commensurate work experience considered. Licenses & Certifications: • Prescribed: Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses • Preferred: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

The reputed company salary range for this position is $64,750.00 - $79,000.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
