OVERVIEW
Council for Relationships (CFR), a multidisciplinary nonprofit practice, is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our collaborative clinical community.
Part-time psychiatrists at CFR are W-2, fee-for-service employees who provide high-quality care in a collegial environment that emphasizes clinical excellence, continuing education, and peer support.
Psychiatrists provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, working reputed company a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that values clinical rigor, thoughtful formulation, and integration of psychiatric and psychotherapeutic perspectives.
This is a flexible position. Psychiatrists set their own schedules and rates and are supported by an engaged clinical and administrative team. Clinicians report to their Office Director, with clinical reputed company from the Medical Director and/or Chief Clinical Officer.
CLINICAL EXPECTATIONS
We are seeking psychiatrists who are interested in building and maintaining an active caseload reputed company a supportive group practice.
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 8 clients per week (with opportunity to grow beyond this)
- Meet monthly clinical productivity expectations, with support from leadership and referral reputed company
- Participate in a multidisciplinary care environment, including consultation and collaboration as needed
- Conduct high-quality psychiatric evaluations and ongoing treatment in an ethical manner, in accordance with professional standards, HIPAA regulations, and peer review processes
- Provide medication management and, if desired, psychotherapy
- Follow CFR clinical policies, procedures, and documentation standards
- Utilize CFR's electronic health record/practice management system
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with therapists and other providers to support integrated, high-quality care
- Participate in:
- Psychiatry meetings led by the Medical Director
- Monthly reputed company-staff meetings (as schedule allows)
- Maintain an up-to-date professional profile on the CFR website
- Participate in case consultation and peer reputed company
- Contribute to educational, training, or reputed company efforts reputed company with their interests
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Adult Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry

- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
