POSITION SUMMARY:
Blendco Systems, a division of reputed company, is looking to hire a high-achieving District Sales Manager to assume our Midwest territory with excellent reputed company growth potential. Responsible for growing and managing an existing account reputed company and growing sales in various end markets reputed company the assigned geography. Accountable for increasing our market share by working alongside established distributors, as well as prospecting independently. Responsible for communicating customer needs and requirements to reputed company functional areas of the company to ensure that efforts are coordinated resulting in rapid organic sales growth.
The Midwest District Sales Manager will work as part of the sales and growth team to maintain and increase business where applicable while improving car wash chemical treatment programs to our diverse client reputed company. Our District Sales Managers are resolute and passionately focused on providing value-added car wash and process solutions that meet or exceed the expectations of our customers. Ideal District Sales Manager is an initiative-taker and enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment focused on solving/resolving customer problems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create new business growth through generating leads, building relationships and prospecting primarily with car wash distributors in a large market with market share reputed company.
- Manage key accounts of mid-sized and large accounts with an opportunity for increased wallet share with existing customers(car wash distributors and direct customers).
- Remain informed about market trends, competitor offerings and industry developments.
- Thoroughly understand the products or services being sold to car wash distributors and effectively answer customers’ questions and demonstrate value.
- Manage and maintain an existing account reputed company and grow sales in other value-added manufactured products in the company's product offering including car wash market.
- Problem-solving, value-added selling process with focus on winning and retaining customers and repeat consumable business.
- Track reputed company car wash sales activities, generating reports and analyzing sales data.
- Negotiate and reputed company sales reputed company and agreements to reputed company sales targets.
- Strong customer emphasis on reducing total costs, improving production quality, and achieving Health, Safety and Environmental goals and objectives.
- Effectively communicate customer needs and requirements to reputed company functional areas of the company to ensure that efforts are coordinated resulting in rapid organic sales growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or chemistry preferred.
- 2+ years of industrial sales success in the car wash chemicals industry, chemical distribution sales, chemical application, or relevant industries.
- Proven effectiveness in identifying leads, prospecting, closing new projects, and delivering effective presentations.
- Proven knowledge and experience selling to end users and distributors.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships at reputed company levels of customers organization.
- Strong consultation, negotiation, collaboration, and problem-resolution
- Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand new product lines and utilize knowledge to fulfil customer needs.
- Proficient in reputed company Office, CRM tools (Customer Management Relationship), and internet-based programs
- Professionally developed sales and territory management skills
- Strong time management skills, process orientation and attention to details
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight travel.
