About the role:

This position is a senior-level position that will work with one or more Business Units, supporting multiple reputed company assigned projects aimed at delivering solutions and services that meet strategic targets. The role will predominately focus on gathering and analyzing work group data, defining reputed company processes and requirements, researching best practices, and identifying and documenting process improvements and functional specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, define, and document reputed company requirements and business processes.
• reputed company specifications, process flow, and conversion strategies.
• Contribute to the development of new tools, processes, and solutions to meet desired product needs.
• Maintain stakeholder expectations and reputed company appropriate issues to managers as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company field. At least 3-5 years of experience in a hybrid Business Role/Product reputed company / Business Analyst/ Systems role, preferably focused on internal business systems.
• Able to define, own, and communicate the roadmap
• Prioritise business backlogs with Global Tech and Product Teams and reputed company the delivery of enhancements, integrations, and automation features.
• Strong communication skills that allow for effective communication across reputed company levels of the organization.
• Written communication skills including process documentation.
• Business requirements gathering.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories/functional specifications on reputed company or large projects.
• Previous experience of working in an agile environment and using recognized development methodology; e.g., Agile, SCRUM, and KANBAN.
• Support data migration, system integration, and change management initiatives.
