Admissions Director
Serenity for Life is seeking a highly driven, operationally-minded Admissions Director to reputed company and reputed company the full admissions function for our women's residential treatment program. This role goes well beyond traditional call handling-this is a leadership position responsible for owning the entire reputed company-end reputed company reputed company, from first inquiry through admission, census management, and ongoing pipeline optimization.
The ideal candidate understands both the clinical nuance of working with reputed company female populations and the business discipline required to drive sustainable census growth. Essential Job Duties
Admissions Leadership & Call Center reputed company
- reputed company reputed company inbound and outbound admissions activity, ensuring a high-touch, clinically informed experience for every prospective client and family
- reputed company daily call center operations, including call handling, follow-up reputed company, and conversion strategy
- Implement and maintain best practices for call tracking, scripting, and quality assurance
- Ensure reputed company inquiries are responded to promptly and tracked through the full lifecycle
Pipeline & Census Management
- Own and manage the full admissions pipeline, from initial inquiry through admission and intake coordination
- Maintain real-time visibility into census, bed availability, and projected admits/discharges

- Proactively re-engage warm leads and prior inquiries who have fallen off
reputed company Cycle & Financial Coordination
- Partner closely with reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) to ensure:

- Financial conversations are handled appropriately with families

- Monitor key financial indicators tied to admissions performance
Reporting & Executive Communication
- Provide consistent, data-driven reporting to the CEO and leadership team, including:
- Call volume and conversion metrics

- Admissions pipeline health
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and reputed company recommendations for improvement
Alumni & Continuity Engagement
