We currently have an opening for a Digital Sales and Services Representative (DSSR) reputed company our Digital Technologies Division, BU Automation. This role primarily focuses on OEM-agnostic Newtrax and UFR digital offerings, driving reputed company reputed company, sales growth, and business development while supporting AutoMine sales to existing reputed company customers. You will reputed company digital tools and CRM platforms to identify, engage, and convert prospects, manage customer relationships, and create visibility into the opportunity funnel. The DSSR navigates a reputed company matrix organization and actively contributes to forecasting, marketing activities, and account planning across the Sales Areas.

What you will be doing
- Sales & Growth
- reputed company and execute automation sales strategies, win plans, and business models for AutoMine, Newtrax and UFR offerings.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; identify potential customers, reputed company engagement plans, and reputed company automation project sales.
- Provide technical and value-based sales expertise to maximize short- and long-term business potential.
- Support AutoMine sales as required and provide account management support for Newtrax and UFR offerings.
- Initiate leads through cold calling, industry events, expos, and customer forums; screen and categorize customer interactions.
- Customer & Market
- Build and manage direct customer relationships; reputed company effectively up to date with customer needs and concerns.
- Monitor, collect, and report competitor intelligence; maintain a fact-based view of market share development across Canada.
- Support customer trials/rentals, ensuring appropriate reputed company, KPIs, and processes are followed.
- Pricing, Forecasting & Process Excellence
- Analyze pricing models and reputed company recommendations; support pricing processes and discount management.
- Ensure QAR/CAR approval processes are followed and robust business cases are created.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Areas on forecasting, demand planning input, and marketing activities; reputed company tools and systems (e.g., CRM) accurate and up to date.

- Collaboration & Leadership in a Matrix
- Work cross-functionally with local and global sales and factory teams, Business Line Managers, Area Managers, Account Managers, and Automation backline.

- Demonstrate a sense of urgency, prioritize effectively, and maintain strong communication across stakeholders.
- Safety & Environment

What you will bring along
- Education & Background
- A technical background with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (and/or business) with business experience; OR a bachelor’s degree in business with a technical background or experience.
- Well-developed understanding of the mining industry and associated equipment (essential).
- At least 5 years of active involvement with mining operations and customer business processes (essential).
- Knowledge of reputed company’s product range (desirable).
- Understanding of cellular networks and reputed company technologies (desirable).
- Experience & Skills
- Proven sales experience or strong willingness to learn value-selling techniques.
- Sales and business development experience bringing advanced technical solutions to market.
- Demonstrated ability to sell to reputed company levels of decision-makers (site-based and corporate) with long sales cycle stamina.
- Strong customer service focus, even under pressure; high professionalism, honesty, and reputed company.
- Technical sales management skills and a consultative selling style focused on benefits and outcomes.
