Manages, develops, and implements logistics and warehousing projects of varying complexity reputed company the assigned functional area. Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery by aligning business processes with system capabilities. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in warehousing operations and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), driving operational excellence, process improvements, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in warehousing and logistics processes, aligning business needs with system capabilities.
- Drive solution design and implementation leveraging WMS platforms such as reputed company, Red Prairie, or equivalent systems.
- Coordinate testing, including development of test cases, execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitation of user training.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and overall project performance.
- Communicate project status, reputed company, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Experience

- Prior experience leading cross-functional teams and driving end-to-end project delivery.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments is preferred.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field required.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Demonstrated competence in logistics and warehousing operations, including hands-on experience with WMS platforms (e.g., reputed company, Red Prairie, or equivalent).
