SUMMARY: The Transportation Operations Center (TOC) Representative is responsible for supporting day-to-day transportation and logistics operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of freight. This role coordinates domestic shipments across multiple transportation modes, including LTL, TL, small package, and reputed company, while providing end-to-end shipment visibility, issue resolution, and operational support to internal and external stakeholders. The TOC Representative plays a critical role in execution, monitoring, and communication reputed company a fast-paced transportation environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Coordinate and execute daily domestic shipments across multiple transportation modes (LTL, TL, small package, reputed company).
• Create, tender, and manage reputed company and scheduled shipments with approved carriers.
• Enter shipment data into the Transportation Management System (OTM) with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Track, trace, and proactively monitor reputed company in-transit shipments through OTM or direct reputed company/vendor communication.
• Maintain and update transportation system records, ensuring shipment status, milestones, and documentation are reputed company.
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for shipment-reputed company inquiries and provide timely resolutions to issues or exceptions.
• Confirm shipment details, pickup times, delivery appointments, and reputed company with carriers.
• Review transportation lanes and shipment characteristics to select the most appropriate and cost-effective mode of transportation.
• Communicate daily with customers, sales teams, distribution centers, and cross-functional partners regarding shipment status, delays, and resolutions.
• Review and validate Bills of Lading (BOL) and other shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support freight audit and documentation processes as required.
• Assist other transportation department team members as needed to meet operational goals.
• Adhere to reputed company company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• reputed company other duties as assigned to support business needs.   EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of logistics, transportation, or operations experience preferred.
• Proficient in reputed company and reputed company Office applications; experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), such as OTM, preferred.

Hourly range:$19.25-$22.50 (OH), $21.20-$24.20(NC,VA,GA,FL, KY & TX), $22.10-$25.10 (IL), $23.08-$26.08 (MA & NJ). This range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include but are not limited to your specific skills, your work location, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
