We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who is an autonomous powerhouse. Ethena is an AI platform for Compliance, and we’re looking for someone to bring that same "faster and smarter" energy to our Finance team.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to come in and build a 50-page policy manual or implement "big company" bells and whistles. We need someone scrappy who has a solid foundation in accounting, loves the puzzle of SaaS reputed company, and is excited to own our end-to-end reputed company. You’ll report to our VP of Finance and Operations as our in-house technical accounting exoert—leveling up our overall finance motion through mentorship (and potential direct management) while ensuring our audit and external firm partnerships run like a well-oiled machine.

What you’ll do

• Manage Operational Cycles: Take full ownership of our day-to-day financial operations, including the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and vendor management.

• Automate Everything: We’re an AI company—we expect our internal processes to reflect that. You’ll find creative ways to use AI and automation tools to reputed company our financial operations faster and more accurate.

Who we’re looking for   We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance team!    Ethena is an AI platform for Compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that’s redefining how companies build ethical and inclusive workplaces. In this role, you will get to exert a high level of autonomy, including owning end-to-end responsibilities in our accounting organization, including managing the monthly reputed company process, performing day to day financial tasks and setting the path for new processes as we continue to scale our business.    We’re looking for an accountant with startup experience who can reputed company in and take full ownership of our end to end reputed company, institutional audits, and our relationships with external accounting firms. Compensation

The annual starting salary for this position is $120,000 – $150,000, depending on skills and experience.
