Travel required to the Springfield office location a minimum of 1x per month for in-person meetings. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides leadership and refinement for new hire orientation/cross training practices for reputed company departments reputed company to the reputed company cycle.

- Develops and continually updates policies and procedures for the hospital reputed company cycle to maximize reputed company and increase patient access.

- Directs and expedites clinician credentialing reputed company payer requirements.
- Oversees and provides leadership for charge master and reputed company accumulation processes, procedures, and systems.
- Review returned accounts from the internal billing department and provide direction for appropriate collection resolution.
- Directs the implementation and refinement of denial management activities.
- Plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates reputed company aspects of the reputed company cycle from referral processing, pre-registration, payer eligibility, scheduling, insurance verification, insurance authorization, through billing, collections, and denial management.
- Assist with payor credentialing and payor contracting.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing reputed company cycle operations in a healthcare setting.
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare billing, finance, and corporate compliance.
- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end reputed company cycle (Patient Access, reputed company of Service Collections, PFS, and Denials Management).
- Strong and effective interpersonal skills, including oral and written, with the ability to reputed company and manage others.
- Time management skills to handle multiple, competing demands and priorities, and work effectively under pressure.
