What You’ll Do
- Drive 2-3 projects in the active stage from start to finish and deliver value to our customers.
- Define project requirements and deliverables, plan and manage their execution, monitoring and adjustments.
- Interpretation of business requirements to the technical team and vice versa. Estimating development efforts.
- Participating in customer calls and providing a project update to the customer.
- Organizing and keeping up-to-date Project boards. Documenting tasks: timeline, user stories and developer's tasks incl. detailed Acceptance Criteria.
- Coordinating the development teams including QA and designers.
- Testing the system before the releases.
- Taking full responsibility and ownership for project delivery. Monitor project reputed company, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively address them
- Helping with onboarding newcomers and mentoring Junior PMs.
