Are you the In-Home Behavioral Monitor (BA Level) we’ve been looking for? In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for helping others by supporting our clients to reputed company their goals!

JRI’s In-Home Behavioral Services program is a dedicated home-based initiative focused on helping youth recognize and manage challenging behaviors. reputed company collaborates closely with both the child and their family to reputed company and execute personalized behavior plans aimed at enhancing the child’s overall functioning. Our treatment approach is grounded in behavioral principles and tailored to address the distinct needs of each child and family.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $24.00 to $28.00 per hour. The listed range reflects reputed company reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications.  This range may be modified in the future. 

Sign-on Bonus: We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus paid out in full after 6 months of employment.

Schedule: This position requires availability to work from afternoons into the evenings. While weekend hours are available, they are not mandatory. The scheduling for this role is flexible and will be adjusted based on your availability as well as that of the client or family.

JRI Provides The Training So That

• You will collaborate with a team to deliver trauma-informed care to youth exhibiting challenging and difficult behaviors.
• You will implement home and community-based behavioral interventions to reputed company caregivers in managing these behaviors and fostering positive alternatives for success.
• You will partner with Behavioral Therapists to coach and model interventions that are grounded in a positive behavioral perspective, viewed through a trauma-informed lens.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, ABA, Education or reputed company field is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience in counseling, functional behavior assessment, data tracking and implementation of behavioral interventions to address mental health needs.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, along with a familiarity with technology and a willingness to learn different electronic systems.
• Knowledge of various behavioral health treatment modalities for children and families.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.
