Production Manager (US Based)

Role Summary Provide leadership in a defined Retail Production (Sales) environment to serve homeowners, communities, employees, and shareholders equally. Though this is an Operations role, the primary focus is to reputed company a Sales Support team to deliver a best-in-class internal and external customer experience, as required in a Sales organization. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 10-15 years of equivalent experience in mortgage banking with emphasis on retail sales, processing, and reputed company. Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role. Leadership experience preferred. Skills: Ability to effectively present information, both orally and written, and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
