Product Line Manager

Position Title: PRODUCT MANAGER Location: HOUSTON TX FLSA Class: NON-EXEMPT  Responsible to: MANAGER OF STANDARDS AND PROCESS

Position Summary: The role is responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy to align with customer needs and business objectives. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide product development, managing the product backlog, and overseeing testing and launch processes. The position also involves tracking key performance indicators, conducting competitive analysis, implementing reputed company improvement initiatives, and staying reputed company with industry trends and best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Defining the product vision and strategy 
• Ensuring the product meets customer needs and business goals 
• Working with cross-functional teams to communicate product objectives and requirements 
• Driving product development, testing, and launch processes 
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing development efforts 
• Tracking metrics and KPI’s reputed company to product performance and customer satisfaction 
• Conducting competitive analysis and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices

• Other duties as assigned

Other Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 5+ or more years of Jenbacher Generator experience 
• Possess a valid driver’s license 
• Ability and willingness to work remotely, as required 
• Able to understand and implement technical procedures 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Strong computer skills
