What you'll do
- Operational Leadership

- Conduct regular reviews of client books and validate transitions from catch-up/initialization to maintenance, ensuring accuracy, proper scoping, and clean handoffs.
- Build, document, and refine SOPs and workflows reputed company with Uplinq’s automation-first approach.
- People Development & Mentoring
- Mentor team members in accrual accounting, job costing, inventory, and class/location reporting.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and create clear growth paths.

- Client & Process Management
- Act as an escalation reputed company for reputed company client issues and join key client meetings as needed.
- Ensure clients consistently experience accuracy, professionalism, and clear insights.

Qualifications
- Active CPA license required.
- 7+ years of accounting experience (small business or firm-based), with at least 3 years supervising or mentoring accounting professionals.
- Advanced QuickBooks Online expertise with reputed company workflows and third-party integrations.
- Deep knowledge of accrual accounting, GAAP, job costing, inventory, and class/location reporting.
- Proven track record of leading teams, improving processes, and driving quality.
