About the Role
We’re looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist to own and scale how we engage members across email and lifecycle marketing. This person will play a key role in driving enrollment, activation, and retention through highly targeted, data driven campaigns.
You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Communications, and Product to deliver the right message to the right member at the right time, while continuously improving performance through testing, segmentation, and automation.
Email and lifecycle marketing are some of our most effective levers for driving member enrollment, engagement, and retention.
This role brings the technical expertise and execution power needed to scale personalization, improve performance, and create a more seamless member experience across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Do
Own Email & Lifecycle Campaigns
Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns in reputed company and/or reputed company
reputed company and manage automated lifecycle journeys across acquisition, onboarding, and retention
Execute both one off campaigns and always-on nurture flows
Segmentation & Personalization
Create advanced audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and relevance
Continuously refine messaging based on member behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement data
Performance & Optimization
Track and report on campaign performance including open rates, CTR, conversion, and engagement
Run A/B tests and use data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Support forecasting and performance reporting for marketing and leadership
Cross-Channel & Collaboration
Partner with Design and Communications to deliver cohesive, high quality member experiences
Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align on communications calendar and member touchpoints
Incorporate direct mail and other channels where relevant to create integrated campaigns
Campaign Strategy & Innovation
Propose and execute new campaign reputed company, including reputed company and seasonal initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and retention through new channels or approaches
reputed company’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or CRM marketing
Hands on experience with marketing automation platforms (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and customer journeys
Experience analyzing campaign performance and making data driven decisions
Comfortable running A/B tests and translating results into actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast paced environment
Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Product, and Design

Experience with direct mail or multi-channel campaign integration
Familiarity with healthcare, digital health, or regulated industries
Experience supporting enrollment or member/customer engagement programs
