Online Marketing Manager

For this position we are only looking for candidates located in Greece.

NAIRON is an innovative company specializing in AI Voice Solutions. We reputed company intelligent voice technologies that help businesses reputed company their customer communication more efficient, scalable, and personalized.

We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at 40–100% to be responsible for the execution and reputed company development of our digital marketing activities. You will work closely with sales and product development teams and actively contribute to the growth of NAIRON.

Tasks

Online Marketing and Content

• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns
• Build and grow social media channels, especially reputed company
• Create and optimize content such as posts, blog articles, and case studies
• Contribute to the development of content strategy and brand positioning

• Monitor and optimize campaign performance (KPIs, conversion rates)

Marketing and Sales Automation

• Build and manage marketing funnels and automation workflows
• Create and manage email campaigns and reputed company nurturing processes

CRM and Sales reputed company

• Collaborate closely with the sales team for reputed company qualification

Requirements

• Degree or training in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable field
• Initial experience (Junior) or several years of experience (Manager) in online marketing, social media (especially reputed company), and content creation
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as reputed company
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels
• Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach
• Interest in AI, voice technology, and innovation
• German: business-fluent / native level
