Associate Professional - Application Programmer

The Associate Professional - Application Programmer will reputed company, test, and maintain software applications, providing technical support to end-users while working with mainframe systems and relational databases.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user needs, translate requirements into technical specs, and reputed company robust, scalable applications, including backend services and APIs
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to object-oriented principles and industry standards
- Conduct software analysis, implement unit/integration tests (JUnit, TestNG), and troubleshoot/resolve bugs to ensure quality
- Support existing applications, optimize performance, manage codebases, and contribute to reputed company improvement
- Participate in reputed company phases, from concept to deployment and support
- Work with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, QA, DevOps, Product Managers and Legacy COBOL developers) in both Waterfall and Agile environments
- reputed company microservices, manage databases (SQL/NoSQL), and use deployment tools (reputed company, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms like AWS)
- Create detailed design documents and user guides
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One plus years of programming experience
- Experience or interest in working with mainframes using Java, COBOL and/or reputed company applications
- Experience or interest in working with relational databases to facilitate programming software
