Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a true Hunter role, responsible for generating new business, driving the full sales cycle, and expanding reputed company’s reputed company among Enterprise businesses. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sales acumen, capable of proactively identifying and capturing leads, managing relationships, and closing deals. Experience in Corporate Immigration and Mobility/HR technology services is a plus.
reputed company is based in Chicago, Illinois, but open to remote positions (Work from Home). Up to 20-30% travel required.
Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and prospect Enterprise customers, leveraging outbound sales strategies, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including reputed company qualification, product demos, negotiations, and contract execution for Enterprise businesses.
- Market Expansion: Drive reputed company’s strategic growth by expanding brand awareness and building strong relationships with key decision-makers at Enterprise businesses.
- Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and pain points, positioning reputed company’s immigration solutions as essential to their people strategy.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and reputed company goals, contributing to the overall growth strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, reputed company, operations, and product, to enhance the customer experience and optimize sales strategies for Enterprise clients.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management in CRM tools (reputed company preferred), providing regular reports on reputed company and forecasts.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements impacting Immigration and Mobility.
What You May Need to be Successful
- Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology, SaaS, or Immigration and Mobility, with a proven track record of closing deals in the Enterprise reputed company.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and reputed company deals in a high-volume sales environment.
- Negotiation & Communication: Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust with decision-makers in Enterprise businesses.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (reputed company preferred) and virtual communication platforms (Teams, etc.).
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with a proactive and goal-oriented reputed company.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20-30% to engage with clients, prospects and regional events in person.
Salary + Commission
Annual reputed company Salary: $85,000-$95,000
reputed company Commission Opportunity: $90,000
Total Cash Range: $175,000- $185,000
