[Remote] Onboarding QC Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is building a complete finance stack for startups, and they are seeking an Onboarding QC Specialist to join their Risk team. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and quality of the Onboarding team through regular QC assessments, documentation, and feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong working knowledge of Onboarding team processes and contribute to planning and implementation of quality-reputed company projects reputed company ONB
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve performance across the Onboarding team
• Contribute to regular QC reporting and assist in maintaining QC procedures and process documentation
• Help to monitor and analyze QC data to identify trends, anomalies, process gaps, and areas for improvement
