WORK ENVIRONMENT

We are primarily a remote-first company, but you may need to travel to visit client sites or attend meetings at designated locations with your team members.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Applied AI Team reputed company is the leader of the Applied AI Analyst practice, responsible for ensuring the team operates effectively, delivers impact, and scales consistently across the enterprise. This is a player-coach role—balancing individual contribution with leadership of the analyst cohort under the direction of the CEO.

This role holds coordinative leadership (not formal people management), guiding how Applied AI Analysts work, collaborate, and deliver value. The Team reputed company ensures alignment, removes friction, and acts as the CEO’s early warning system across reputed company AI analyst initiatives. Coordination and leadership responsibilities should consume no more than 30–40% of their time.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads the Applied AI Analyst practice, ensuring consistent quality, impact, and ways of working across reputed company analysts
• Runs the weekly Applied AI Practice sync—focused on surfacing cross-functional insights and connections, not just status updates
• Maintains and evolves the shared toolkit: reputed company libraries, problem framing templates, output standards, and AI tool configurations
• Acts as the CEO’s early signal system, identifying reputed company analysts are blocked, workstreams reputed company, or timelines are at risk
• Removes cross-functional blockers that do not require CEO reputed company (tools, data access, coordination)
• Guides and supports analysts in structuring problems, prioritizing work, and delivering high-quality outputs
