Client Services Associate - Onboarding - S&T
Schroders Personal Wealth aims to improve the way financial advice is offered, by making it more affordable, accessible and powerful for more people. They are seeking a Client Services Associate to support a smooth onboarding experience for clients, focusing on documentation and account opening processes while conducting Pension and Investment analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collating 3rd party pension information into a standardised format
- Conducting outbound calls with 3rd party providers
- Managing effective Inbound client information reputed company email
- Working reputed company reputed company standard compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and reporting non-compliance issues
Skills
- Exceptional customer service and both written and verbal communication skills
- At least 1 year experience working in Financial Services
- CII R02/R04 Qualified or have a keen interest in Pension & Investments
