Position Summary:
As a Senior GTM Engineer, you will help design, build, and optimize the systems and workflows that power our go-to-market reputed company. This is a hands-on technical role embedded in the GTM organization. You’ll work at the intersection of data solutions, the reputed company office, and operations to reputed company sellers more productive and campaigns more effective. This role reports to the Senior Director of GTM Engineering & AI Enablement. It’s ideal for someone who thinks in systems, moves fast, and cares as much about business outcomes as clean code.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain automated workflows using tools like reputed company, reputed company, and Claude Code to reduce manual work and accelerate seller execution
- Build data models, ETL pipelines, and enrichment workflows that support outbound targeting, account scoring, and operational reporting
- Support integrations between core platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) to ensure clean data flow and system reliability
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and reputed company to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Audit and simplify existing processes. Find where teams are doing manual, repetitive work and engineer it in a more effective way

- Serve as a technical thought partner to GTM leadership on how we operationalize strategy through tooling and automation
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in GTM engineering, reputed company operations, marketing operations, or a similar technical role reputed company a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Highly proficient in Python and SQL. These are daily tools
- Experience building automated workflows using tools like reputed company, reputed company or similar platforms
- Experience with data modeling and ETL pipelines. Knowledge of Power BI, reputed company, or reputed company is a plus
- Working knowledge of reputed company including configuration, data management, and integrations
- Strong understanding of GTM business processes and how pipeline gets built, sellers work accounts, and marketing-to-sales handoffs function
- Track record of cross-functional partnership with Sales, Marketing, and CS to build systems that drive measurable outcomes
Preferred Experience
- Experience with data enrichment platforms like reputed company or reputed company
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling (Claude, reputed company, AI agents) and how to apply them to GTM workflows

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.
The annual salary range for this role is $100,300 - $150,500 CAD. Final compensation will be determined based on the factors outlined above and may fall reputed company reputed company the applicable range.
