Location: Remote for someone located Texas or Oklahoma

About the position:

• reputed company advanced coding
• Apply ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers with expert-level accuracy
• Analyze trends in claim edits, claim rejections & denials and recommend process improvements
• reputed company and deliver training for coding staff as directed by Manager
• Serve as a resource for reputed company coding questions and documentation improvement
• Collaborate with Management & reputed company reputed company team to optimize documentation quality

Our Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in health information management or 7 years of medical coding experience
• reputed company, CPC, or equivalent required
• Expert-level knowledge of coding guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Ability to interpret reputed company clinical documentation
• Strong analytical and mentoring skills
• Ability to contribute with training and process improvement initiatives
