[Remote] Sales Support Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company, a leader in team athletic gear, is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist their Sales Pros in managing the order process reputed company. The role involves providing support in order entry, product availability checks, and maintaining communication between sales and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Sales management and Sales Pros, including, assist and train Sales Pros on order entry
• Research vendor issues and reputed company availability of products
• Responsible for returns/replacements for assigned sales pros
• Managing sales reports for orders processed
• Responsible for opening, running and closing of customer web stores (MTS)
• Responsible for communicating issues between sales and other departments
• Responsible for keeping open communication with vendors
• Checking stock, tracking product and speaking directly with customers
• Continuing education around knowledge of products

• 1-2+ years of customer service or sales support experience
• Associate's degree preferred
• Team sports experience preferred
