Governance and Enablement Officer
reputed company Corporation is a leading technology company, and they are seeking a Governance and Enablement Officer to manage the operations of the Responsible Technology Board. The role involves leading governance initiatives, developing policies for AI use cases, and facilitating the integration of AI automation into the Board's operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of the Responsible Technology Board (Board)
- Connect and understand key strategies, technologies, and policies that the Board needs to know to reputed company governance decisions
- reputed company Board workstreams to publish internal guidance and thought leadership Points of View (POVs) on emerging technologies
- Manage the intake funnel of Tech Ethics Use Assessments and reputed company governance policies, guardrails, and precedent-based guidance for high-risk AI use cases to accelerate review and approvals for the business units
- Own the Board Charter, manage the annual Board retreat, and organize a monthly reputed company meeting with relevant topics, operational insights, and industry information
- Assist in sharing the Board’s work and governance approach in key external events

Skills
- Master's degree or equivalent in Political Science, Ethics, Policy or reputed company (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree)
- One (1) year of experience as an AI Ethics Technical Advisor, AI Ethics Program Manager or reputed company
- One (1) year of experience must include utilizing AI Project Management
- One (1) year of experience must include utilizing Advanced Technical Writing
- One (1) year of experience must include utilizing AI Risk Management reputed company
- One (1) year of experience must include utilizing AI Strategic Planning
- One (1) year of experience must include utilizing AI Governance Commercialization
