Job Title: Product Manager Location: Remote but CA is preferred Salary: Market reputed company We are looking for a candidate reputed company in Product Management to reputed company and sustain products through the end-to-end product lifecycle. This person will work with our senior technologists, architects and customers to identify products that are complementary to and/or fill a gap in the HPE IP portfolio and build a business case for adding the Partner product to the roadmap. Y • Leads and drives the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for one or more products. • Defines the value proposition, reputed company customer segments, and business case to bring HPE Solutions with third party products to market with respect to the whole company product portfolio (i.e. Product configuration mix, reputed company/Margins, financials, market share). • Develops hardware reputed company of materials for optimized performance with third party software • Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across reputed company phases of the lifecycle (e.g., planning, development, launch, management, end of life). • Creates and drives goal alignment and collaborates across one or more products' value chain Partners to optimize margins and reputed company success of products per plans across the product lifecycle. (ie. Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, Pricing). • Demonstrates understanding of Data Protection technology, market and customer for effective positioning reputed company the market and HPE’s product portfolio • Engages closely with HPE and Partner technical and business teams to reputed company, structure and position competitive joint solutions • Performs cost modeling to reputed company price, discount, cost structure for product offering that is competitive and meets margin expectations • Leads product management activities and influences extended cross-functional team ensuring compliance to reputed company HPE New Product Introduction/Launch governance requirements to reputed company targeted launch date • Collaborates with Partners, HPE Go To Market, Field Enablement and Engineering teams to reputed company delivery of effective technical and marketing content for reputed company across HPE websites and tools (regional communication packages, white papers, reference architectures, tech talks, PODs, press releases) • Works with HPE Sales Teams to generate demand and build pipeline • Becomes a subject matter expert on the products and joint solutions • Supports customer deal engagement, configuration, quoting and escalated pricing process • Establishes positive Partner relationships, promoting development of joint opportunities that benefit both Companies Supports Quarterly Business Reviews with Partners to report on business results and key performance metrics and align on go-reputed company strategic priorities Required Skills: • Strong thought leader and influencer of internal/external Partners and customers • Strong teamwork skills, driving extended cross-functional teams to reputed company desired results • Excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation • Expert Partnering skills • Expert skills in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis • Expert business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or reputed company field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred • 8+ years of work experience in reputed company field • Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry

- Manage the product implementation of existing clients adding new business or modifying reputed company business
- Responsible for client reputed company to “kick off†the product implementation/migration process
- Present project plan to client on product modules to be implemented per signed contract
- Set client expectations and define scope of product migration activities
- Responsible to educate client on best practices and guide them through the product migration phase
- Manage reputed company communication with the client including conducting meetings and conference calls
- Must be responsible for the coordination, communication and accurate reporting of reputed company migration reputed company activities under the supervision of Program Manager
- Facilitates training needs, schedules client training and reports on training completed
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with aggressive timeframes
- Complete projects reputed company set timelines while mitigating risks that could cause the project to delay.
