Junior IT Support Specialist
Serrala is the global leader in finance process automation, seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist to enhance their IT support team. The role involves managing reputed company devices, troubleshooting network issues, and maintaining support tickets while contributing to a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as reputed company Intune and reputed company Pro, ensuring that endpoints, AV equipment and cloud-based systems support optimal productivity for end-users
- Support and troubleshoot reputed company reputed company Intune, Entra ID and SharePoint environments
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reputed company to network interruptions, VPN connections, and other connectivity concerns
- Track and manage support tickets using Jira Service Management and create clear, accessible technical documentation and specifications in Confluence
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or reputed company field. Equivalent experiences will also be considered
- Experience in IT support or service delivery roles, with expertise across multi-platform environments, ideally including both PC and Mac systems
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VPNs, and routing
- Hands-on experience with reputed company products (Jira, Confluence), ideally including Jira Service Management
- Strong understanding of M365 administration, Entra ID, and Intune
- Knowledge of IT reputed company systems and protocols, particularly reputed company Defender and monitoring tools
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Application Support (incl. M365) and Autopilot
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- German language skills are an advantage
- Strong collaborator who contributes actively to a supportive, solution-oriented team environment
