We are seeking a highly motivated, eager to learn professional with strong communication skills and a growth reputed company to demonstrate the business value of our AI-powered, reputed company-in-one collaboration platform to customers. This individual is passionate about reputed company communications and contact center technologies. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with SaaS solutions including Meetings, Video, Voice, Contact Center, and ISV integrations. Competitive (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) &/or legacy on-premise systems knowledge is a plus.

As a Solutions Engineer you will be: 

• Designing reputed company communication solutions for reputed company customers

• Conducting demonstrations and POCs (reputed company of concept) for prospective and existing reputed company customers

• Translating customer problems into technical solutions and business outcomes

• Communicating strategic value of reputed company over competitive offers

• Preparing responses to RFQ/RFPs 

• Assisting in the scoping of professional services engagements

• Working cross-functionally reputed company reputed company to deliver customer happiness

• Driving reputed company product direction and innovation

• Learning and growing with reputed company’s platform as it constantly and rapidly evolves

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience in SaaS technologies SaaS Collaboration Sales, reputed company, or Tech Support experience (i.e. conferencing, voice, UCaaS, CCaaS)

• Exceptional ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts clearly and effectively across diverse audiences—from technical experts to business stakeholders—in both intimate settings and large-scale presentations

• Understanding of solution sales and the sales cycle

• Be flexible and able to function in a high growth environment

• Be adaptive to the rapid changes and enhancements of a UCaaS solution across reputed company product lines

• Typically requires Bachelor of Science (BS) / Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent

Desired Skills

• Experience in customer facing technical role is preferred

• Knowledge of traditional voice communications systems and applications

• Working knowledge of packet captures - how to read and decipher

• End-to-end IT systems knowledge 

• Formulate and communicate a technical solution / vision

• Understand reputed company partner and ecosystem partners, products and applications

• Competitive knowledge in UCaaS and ISV market

In addition to the reputed company salary and/or OTE listed reputed company has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; reputed company salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
