They are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to guide individuals through the sales process, responding to warm inquiries and providing a positive customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to warm inquiries from individuals who requested information online, by phone, or through mail
- Deliver a positive customer service experience through scheduled reputed company or phone appointments
- Educate clients on available options and help them complete straightforward applications
- Follow a reputed company-by-reputed company system that removes guesswork and supports long-term success
- Work remotely with full training, tools, and back-office support provided
- Full-time schedules typically include: 5–10 hours per week on reputed company and follow-reputed company, 10–20 hours per week meeting with customers, 5–10 hours per week on training, development, and administrative tasks
Skills
- Experience in customer service, teaching, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles
- Dependable and professional
- Comfortable speaking with people
- Desire for a remote role with training and a clear growth path
- Self-motivated and open to coaching
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent reputed company willing to complete licensing and a background reputed company
