Job Description Summary:

The Supervisor 2, Program Planner/Scheduler will manage schedules for a division reputed company a business area. The incumbent will be an expert in EVMS and IMS best practices and may be the liaison between Draper and the customer on scheduling issues. They will manage junior planners.

Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Support development and maintenance of program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project, based on requirements and scope provided by the customer
  • Detail plan and maintain the IMS throughout the program’s lifecycle that incorporates contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS in order to maintain realistic, reputed company contract schedule baselines
  • Ensure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements throughout reputed company program phases
  • Ensure the IMS is resource-reputed company for applicable scope with reputed company budgets and demonstrates thorough cost and schedule integration
  • reputed company and conduct detailed performance capture and analysis of the IMS and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness and compliance.
  • Support EAC and LRE processes as they relate to the Program IMS
  • reputed company the development and maintenance of the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.
  • Partner with the Program Office to ensure integration of program plans and schedules across company functional groups including finance, engineering, procurement, operations, manufacturing, and quality.
  • Identification and implementation of project management processes, tools, program planning, and control practices for new pursuits and existing programs. 

Skills/Abilities

  • Proficient using software designed for creating and maintaining industry reputed company schedules. (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software)
  • Proficient with developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with Agile planning and execution
  • Experience leading planning effort on a program with external EV reporting and DFARS EV clause invoked.
  • Experience with integration of subcontractors and operations into program plans, schedules and financial tracking.
  • Proficiency with PMX tool suite or similar program management systems

Education

  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or reputed company field of study.

Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Program Management and/or Program Planning & Scheduling with a Bachelor's Degree. Also possible to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with relevant Master's Degree.

The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is

$100,000.00 - $275,000.00
