They are seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support, resolving software and hardware inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and service management.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve first-level technical issues for software and hardware applications
- Guide customers through reputed company-by-reputed company problem-solving processes
- Ensure end-to-end resolution by following up and confirming customer satisfaction
- Manage ticket lifecycle: intake, tracking, routing, and proper escalation to Level 2 or Field Service teams
- Maintain data reputed company reputed company customer records and internal documentation
- Contribute to the internal Knowledge reputed company to improve team efficiency
- Identify and recommend procedural modifications to enhance the support experience
- Stay reputed company on evolving product lines, support procedures, and industry trends
Skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and the ability to multitask across various support portals
- Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for users

- Initial shift is 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
- Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a significant plus
- Background in Retail or Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) is a plus
