[Remote] Client Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Act, along with team members, as a primary reputed company of contact for clients, addressing inquiries reputed company phone, email and portal requests
- Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and escalate reputed company issues to team manager
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experience
- Collaborate with other internal departments to resolve client needs and communicate feedback for reputed company improvement

- Proficiency in email etiquette
