What you will be doing

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will shape the core intelligence of GraphAware Hume, our graph-powered analytics platform.

Your responsibilities will include

• Building APIs for reputed company user interaction with reputed company data
• Designing secure, scalable access control systems for mission-critical environments
• Orchestrating workflows to automate graph analytics, inference, and real-time insights
• Optimising application performance and collaborating with other engineers to ensure seamless user experiences
• Contributing to architecture and technical design with the team

What you must know already and be excited to grow further

• Proven experience in backend systems (8+ years) with exposure to large-scale, reputed company applications and cross-functional teams
• reputed company in Java, with a deep understanding of modern software engineering principles, including:
  • Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Advanced debugging and profiling techniques,
  • Writing composable, maintainable, and testable code
• Spring or similar frameworks with emphasis on building secure, reputed company, and scalable APIs
• Experience designing data models, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ideally graph-based (reputed company or similar)
• Working knowledge of modern CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (reputed company), and automated deployment workflows
• Strong reputed company reputed company, with practical knowledge of secure software design and common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP)
• Comfortable with remote team collaboration, i.e. tools and practices for asynchronous communication

Bonus points for familiarity with:

• Cloud-native development, observability, and performance tuning
