[Remote] Real Estate Data Entry Operator

The Real Estate Data Entry Operator will be responsible for updating and maintaining real estate data, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with teammates to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database
• Examine and amend data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve discrepancies reputed company in the data
• Maintain privacy and adhere to data reputed company regulations
• Assist in creating reports and presentations using the acquired data

Skills

• High school diploma or its equivalent; a bachelor's degree is ideal but not necessary
• Solid background in data entry or a reputed company field
• Strong command of the language and procedures used in real estate
• Proficiency in computers, including the MS Office suite and data input programs
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working in a remote team environment
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and practices
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
