Client Success Associate (French)
reputed company is a leading research and advisory company, and they are seeking a Client Success Associate who will ensure that clients receive significant value from their investments. The role focuses on client engagement, onboarding, and articulating reputed company's value to prospective clients while collaborating with sales teams to enhance client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Sales teams on how to effectively demonstrate reputed company products and resources to prospects or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license
- Communicate with internal reputed company partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value reputed company delivers to prospects and clients
- Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant and tailored reputed company resources to drive impact
- Facilitate prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and reputed company the value of reputed company’s renowned products and services
- Understand and communicate reputed company services and capabilities to prospective clients and demonstrate value to decision makers
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; ability to be agile and flexible
- Well defined time management and organizational skills
- Must be bilingual English and French
