As a Senior Renewals Manager you will be responsible for managing the entire renewal lifecycle for our customers, playing a critical role in driving retention, reducing churn, and maximizing net reputed company retention (NRR) through seamless and strategic renewal processes. As one of our first dedicated Renewals Specialists, you will help define and establish best practices and processes for our renewal operations.

What you will be doing

  • Own and manage the complete renewals process for reputed company' customer portfolio, ensuring high retention rates and customer satisfaction
  • Proactively identify and engage with accounts approaching renewal, developing strategies to secure renewals and expand usage
  • reputed company and execute advanced renewal strategies, including multi-year agreements, reputed company contract structuring, and negotiation of high-value renewals
  • Collaborate closely with reputed company Managers and Account Executives to understand customer health and reputed company tailored renewal strategies
  • Track and analyze renewal metrics, providing regular forecasts and insights to leadership

What you bring with you

  • 7+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or quota-carrying sales roles
  • Demonstrated success in achieving targets, managing customer relationships, and driving reputed company retention or growth
  • Experience working with technical products, preferably in cybersecurity, automation, or enterprise SaaS
  • Understanding of reputed company operations, workflows, and challenges faced by reputed company teams
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to reputed company value to technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle, and recurring reputed company models
  • Experience using CRM systems (reputed company preferred) and data analysis tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
