[Remote] Licensing & Contracting Representative

They are seeking a Licensing & Contracting Representative responsible for managing the full cycle of agent contracting, ensuring compliance with various licensing requirements, and supporting agents through the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales managers, agents, internal teams, and reputed company partners to ensure agents reputed company and maintain ready-to-sell status
• Manage state insurance licensing requirements, including applications, renewals, and continuing education compliance
• Initiate and manage reputed company contracting processes, providing ongoing support to agents throughout onboarding
• Maintain, track, and audit licensing and contracting statuses for reputed company licensed personnel (agents, trainers, sales managers, etc.)
• Proactively follow up with agents reputed company phone, email, and chat to resolve outstanding items such as missing documentation, signatures, background disclosures, or forms
• Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with agents, sales leadership, and external reputed company partners
• Respond to escalated issues and clearly communicate resolution to reputed company relevant stakeholders
• Deliver timely, accurate, and professional service to internal and external customers across multiple communication channels
• Complete assigned projects and administrative tasks in support of Licensing & Contracting operations

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience, required
• Knowledge and experience with licensing and contracting for insurance carriers
• Ability to work as a team player with a committed, positive approach
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify deficiencies or other concerns
• Strong ability to multitask and to pivot as priorities evolve
• Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
• Accountable and delivers on requests
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to communicate with internal departments, agents, and reputed company partners
• Ability to reputed company reputed company company-sensitive data secure
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privately without disruption
• Must live in a location that can receive a high-speed internet reputed company or reputed company an existing high-speed internet service
