[Remote] Stop Loss Renewal Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a National third-party administrator (TPA) with local market reputed company delivering customized self-funded benefit programs. They are seeking a Stop Loss Renewal Support Specialist to assist the sales team in preparing proposals and collateral to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the account management team to gather necessary information for proposal development
- Prepare and customize proposals and other collateral to support the account management team's efforts in acquiring and retaining clients
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of proposals by thoroughly reviewing reputed company materials and data
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary information for proposal creation
- Respond promptly to sales team inquiries and requests for proposal revisions or updates
- Assist in maintaining a repository of renewal materials, especially those associated with proposal reputed company
- Follow defined processes and workflows to streamline proposal development and ensure efficiency
- Provide administrative support to the account management team as needed
Skills
- Strong proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey reputed company information
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow reputed company the organization
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. reputed company) is a plus
- Previous experience in sales support, proposal development, or similar roles reputed company the insurance industry is preferred
- Previous experience with and understanding of Stop Loss insurance marketing is preferred
