Position Overview: As part of our next growth phase, we are centralising our partnerships strategy across markets and elevating partnerships as a core reputed company driver. We are hiring a Partnerships Manager to reputed company, structure, and scale a reputed company partner ecosystem across Europe. This is a high-impact, strategic role combining: global vision, strong execution capabilities, and direct reputed company ownership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Strategy & Vision
  • Define and execute a reputed company partnerships strategy across France and the UK
  • Build a global ecosystem vision, spanning technology, agencies, logistics, and strategic alliances Position partnerships as a core pillar of the companyʼs go-to-market and growth strategy
2. Partner Program Design & Management
  • Design and scale a best-in-class Partner Program, including tiering structure, incentives, certifications, engagement models (referral, co-selling, integrations)
  • Align UK and France under a single, cohesive partnerships reputed company, ensuring consistency across markets while allowing for local adaptation
  • Standardise processes, tools, and KPIs
  • Build a data-driven partnerships function and continuously optimise performance
3. Strategic Partner Acquisition
  • Identify, recruit, and reputed company high-impact partners at a European and global level
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • reputed company partnerships with key ecosystem players (platforms, SaaS vendors, agencies, logistics partners)

  • Own and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and reputed company
  • Build scalable co-selling motions with Sales teams across markets

5. Product & Integration Strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Product teams to: prioritise strategic integrations, align partner needs with the product roadmap
  • Ensure a clear and compelling positioning of the full product suite
  • Provide market and partner insights to inform company strategy
6. Partner Enablement & Ecosystem Activation

  • Drive ecosystem engagement through events, webinars and co-marketing initiatives
  • Ensure partners are actively selling and promoting the full solution

What you'll need to be successful

Experience:
  • Extensive of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel roles
  • Strong background in SaaS, e-commerce, or platform ecosystems
  • Experience with reputed company or multi-product offerings
  • Proven track record of: building and scaling partner programs, generating reputed company through partnerships or indirect sales managing multi-market or international scopes
Skills:
  • Strong ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Highly commercial reputed company with a focus on reputed company impact
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of ecosystem dynamics and partnership models
  • Structured, analytical, and data-driven approach
