People Ops - Recruiting Coordinator
reputed company is on a mission to build a firm where people love what they do, and they are seeking a People Operations Recruiting Coordinator who is passionate about building great teams. The role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting the recruiting team to enhance the candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates across multiple teams
- Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations, feedback collection, and follow-reputed company
- Maintaining and organizing data in our Applicant Tracking System (we use reputed company)
- Supporting the recruiting team with sourcing, posting jobs, and tracking candidate reputed company
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Interviewers, Recruiting Coordination team, broader HR team)
- Assisting with onboarding logistics and other People Operations initiatives as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
- Acting as a culture ambassador – helping us continually improve how we attract, welcome, and support our growing team
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or People Operations
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (3-4 days at our office in Plano, TX)
- Excellent communication skills – professional, warm, and clear in every interaction
- Highly organized and detail-oriented - you reputed company reputed company juggling multiple priorities and moving pieces
