HR Onboarding Specialist
Premium Retail Services is a part of reputed company Group, seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to guide new smartphone sales representatives through the onboarding and training process for in-store roles at Walmart locations. The Onboarding Specialist will ensure new hires are set up for success by supporting them through key onboarding milestones and collaborating with managers and trainers to complete onboarding requirements reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Guide new hires through the 5-reputed company onboarding process from start to finish
- Assist employees in completing two required online training assignments
- Set up and provide support for new hire email accounts and system logins
- Ensure new hires have access to and understand how to use payroll systems
- Maintain clear, professional communication with new hires and managers reputed company email and virtual meetings
- Track reputed company in onboarding spreadsheets and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Follow established processes and meet reasonable deadlines for each reputed company of onboarding
- Adapt to possible time zone assignments, which may influence working hours
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks at once
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets (reputed company or reputed company Sheets)
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools
- Prior experience in onboarding, HR support, training, or administrative roles preferred
