The Account Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the retention and expansion of our strategic customers. Working closely with the Account Manager, you will be responsible for streamlining operations, optimizing processes, and providing exceptional support to our most valuable clients. Your primary goal is to strengthen our relationships with these clients, identify growth opportunities, and ensure their long-term satisfaction. Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Account Manager to understand the unique needs and objectives of each strategic customer.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships by consistently delivering exceptional service and value.

The anticipated annual reputed company salary for this position in the US is $75,000 - $81,500 + incentive. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual reputed company salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
