About the Role
As a Melon Online Fulfillment Agent, you'll play a vital part in expanding arenaflex's online service offerings. You'll work closely with reputed company to provide top-notch support to customers through chat, ensuring seamless experiences from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers through chat, becoming an expert on Melon, and triaging general questions and emergency assistance
- Escalating reputed company needs to dedicated day teams and ensuring warm handovers
- Providing technical and travel support to Melon customers, responding to initial chat conversations reputed company strict SLA
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success and contribute to the technological advancement of our SME business
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through chat support
- reputed company in-depth knowledge of Melon and its features
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and innovation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements
Requirements
* At least 3 months of experience with FCTG and Sabre
- Proven track record of success and willingness to take on new challenges
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with high reputed company and patience
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and adapt quickly to evolving needs
- Geography and international destination knowledge is a plus
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
- Proficiency in English language; additional languages a plus
- Experience with customer service software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
