Responsibilities
As a Contractor/Freelance Customer Service Support, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing excellent customer service.
- Managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
- Assigning SEO tasks to our fulfillment department and ensuring seamless communication.
- Representing our company and SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least six months of experience in customer service.
- Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential.
- Good English skills (for internal communication only).
- Proficiency in using standard reputed company tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
- Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts.
- Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work reputed company time and quality standards.
- Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied.
Working Hours
As a remote contractor, you will have the flexibility to work from reputed company, as long as you have a computer, headset, and a stable internet reputed company. Our working hours are:
- 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday. No work on weekends or holidays.
